What is the Clarity Reset?

The 4-Week Clarity Reset is a live, small-group course for women in perimenopause, led by neurosurgeon Dr. Richard Perrin. You find your archetype, rule out the look-alikes with your own doctor, start the first step of your Elura Sequence, and fix it when real life gets in the way. You leave with a written plan you have already used.

Your labs are normal. You don't feel normal.

You used to be the one who had it handled. Now the word disappears mid-sentence, in the meeting you're running. You're wide awake at 3 a.m., then dragging through the afternoon. You do everything "right," and your body has stopped answering.

You've been to your doctor. The tests came back normal. Maybe you've quietly wondered whether something is wrong with your brain.

Here is what the research actually shows about the fog. Women in the long studies didn't get worse at the memory test. They stopped getting better. Then it came back. This is not dementia. Average stays in the normal range.

The fog is real. So is the fatigue, the flatness, the aches. They are connected, and they have a name.

Why hasn't anything worked?

It isn't a lack of effort. Most midlife advice hands every woman the same list: sleep more, stress less, eat clean, exercise, take this supplement. You tried the list. Some of it helped for a week.

The list isn't wrong. The order is missing. A woman who can't sleep and a woman whose joints ache don't start in the same place.

It's not just which levers you pull. It's the order you pull them in.

Knowing your order is the first half. The Clarity Reset is the second half: making the first step work on a Tuesday when the kids are sick and the deadline moved.

What you leave with

Four weeks. One plan you have already used.

You build one document, a page a week. No pile of worksheets.

  1. Your archetype. Which of the five archetypes is loudest for you right now, what fits, and what doesn't.
  2. Your first step. What you do, when, and the small version for bad days. Tested in your real week, then fixed.
  3. Your doctor brief. The checks worth asking your own doctor about for your archetype, a short timeline, and the two or three questions that get you a real answer.
  4. Your next 30 days. What you keep, when you look again, and what tells you the next step can join.

The method: the Elura Sequence

Five steps, always in this order.

  1. Name it. What you're feeling has a name. Not stress, not laziness, not early dementia. Perimenopause.
  2. Sort it. Your symptoms form one connected system, and one archetype is loudest right now. The free assessment finds it.
  3. Clear it. Rule out the look-alikes with your own doctor. Each archetype has its own short list, like sleep apnea for the Wired & Tired archetype. You get yours in week 1.
  4. Order it. Your archetype sets which step comes first, and what to leave alone for now.
  5. Run it, and listen again. Start with the first step. Add the next one when the first runs without thinking. Every three to four months, take the assessment again.

Think of your body as a house. The five archetypes are rooms. Yours is the loudest room right now. The Sequence is your route through the house.

How the four weeks work

What happens each week

Week 1: Understand your archetype.

Why you feel unlike yourself, what your assessment result means and what it doesn't. You get your archetype's list of checks for your doctor, book the visit, and start your first step within 24 hours.

Week 2: Make it survive a bad day.

Your first step meets your real week. You learn the three fixes that work when a plan breaks: make it smaller, change when it happens, or take something else off the day. "I'll try harder" becomes a change you can see.

Week 3: Clear it, and walk in prepared.

You finish your one-page doctor brief and practice the opening sentence that gets you taken seriously. We talk about mood honestly: not empty, unstable. For many women, this is a window, and it closes.

Week 4: Keep going without us.

You read your own scores honestly, decide what to keep, shrink or rethink, and leave with a next month you can run on your own.

Every week:

  • One 75-minute live session with Dr. Perrin: he teaches one idea, then works through real plans with the group
  • A recording of the teaching part, the same day
  • You submit that week's page of your plan and one question
  • Dr. Perrin reads it and writes back to you, personally, within two business days

What makes this different

He reads your work. Every woman gets four written reviews from Dr. Perrin, including the quiet ones who never speak on the call. Not a form letter. A specific note on what you tried, what it means, and what to change.

It is small on purpose. The group stays small so everyone who wants a turn on the live call gets one. We do not publish a number. When it is full, it is full.

It starts where you are. Your first step comes from your archetype, not from a generic list. Two women with "brain fog" can start in different places, and both are right.

It makes your doctor visit count. No other program we know of builds the doctor visit into the method. This one does, because it was built by a physician.

It is not more information. You can get information anywhere. What you can't get from a search engine is someone who reads what you actually did this week and tells you what to change.

This is for you if…

  • You're in your 40s or 50s, with some mix of brain fog, 3 a.m. waking, fatigue, weight that won't move, low mood or aches.
  • You're tired of being told it's "just stress" or "just aging."
  • You've Googled, listened to the podcasts, maybe tried a supplement or a clinic. Nobody sat down and put it in order.
  • You want to know what to do first, and you want someone to check your work.

It is not for you if you want a prescription, a lab reading, or a supplement protocol. Dr. Perrin is a physician, but he is not your doctor here.

Your guide

Dr. Richard Perrin is a double board-certified neurosurgeon, in both Canada and the United States, with an MBA, and the founder of Elura.

He built Elura after watching his wife Cecily, an ER physician, spend months looking for answers even her own good doctor didn't have. She was exhausted, foggy, gaining weight, and losing herself. Her labs were "normal." She was told it could be stress. It wasn't stress. It was perimenopause. Not because anyone failed her, but because no specialty owns perimenopause.

The Clarity Reset is the program Richard wishes had existed for Cecily.

From Dr. Perrin's neurosurgical practice

These are patients from his surgical practice, not course participants. The Clarity Reset is new.

"He doesn't make me feel rushed. I feel like I can take a moment to process and ask questions and he gives thoughtful answers and makes sure I understand."

Rebecca

"Great bedside manner. I felt like my concerns were heard and that I was genuinely being taken care of."

Common questions

A four-week, live, small-group course for women in perimenopause, led by neurosurgeon Dr. Richard Perrin. You find your archetype, start the right first step, and get personal written feedback every week. You leave with a four-page plan you have already tested.

$797, one payment. That includes four live sessions, four personal written reviews from Dr. Perrin, your archetype's list of checks to ask your own doctor about, and the Elura app free for your course month.

No. Dr. Perrin is a physician, but this course is education and coaching. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship. He does not diagnose, prescribe or read lab results. Your own doctor makes every medical decision with you.

No. Please don't send them. Dr. Perrin cannot interpret your results. The course teaches you which checks are worth asking your doctor about for your archetype, and how to have that conversation.

Brain fog is where many women start. You learn what the research shows: in perimenopause, women stop getting better at memory tests, then it comes back, and average stays in the normal range. Then you start the first step your archetype calls for. Results vary, and no one can promise a change in four weeks.

No. The course is about what you can do, in order, and how to talk to your doctor. Hormone therapy is one of the options you learn to ask about. Whether it fits you is a decision for you and your doctor.

About two hours a week: the 75-minute live session, about 20 minutes on your plan page, and a small daily step. Your first step starts small, with a smaller version for bad days. A missed day is missing information, not failure.

The teaching part is recorded, and your written review still comes. The live call is where you hear other women describe your week, so come when you can.

No. You share only what you want. Your weekly plan goes privately to Dr. Perrin, not to the group.

Yes. The course runs beside your medical care, not instead of it. Never stop or change a medicine because of this course; talk to your prescriber.

Yes. Sessions are online and open to women in the US and Canada.

If you complete the program and genuinely feel it didn't deliver clarity, reach out and we'll make it right.

No. If you are having thoughts of suicide, call or text 988 (US and Canada). In Quebec you can also call 1-866-277-3553. If you are in danger, call 911.

You deserve answers, not dismissal. You deserve a plan that fits your real week.
